Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant of Arts position supports the Assistant Principal of Arts in all administrative areas, including school-wide events/projects. The Administrative Assistant also acts as a liaison between departments, staff, and external stakeholders. We seek a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team who will actively uphold and support OCSA’s vision and mission. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong independent work ethic, initiative, and self-directed leadership, thriving in a fast-paced environment while quickly adapting to new skills. This role requires managing and executing multiple large-scale projects, including parent/student events, faculty/staff meetings, and social gatherings. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while building and maintaining positive, productive relationships with students, parents, staff, and administration.
