We are hiring a full-time multiple or single subject credentialed teacher. Candidates with preliminary and cleared credentials will be considered. To be considered for the full-time position, a candidate must be willing to be in-person four days a week in up to the following three locations: Santa Maria, Lompoc, or Arroyo Grande CA. To be considered for a part-time position, a candidate must be willing to be in-person two days a week at one of our campuses: Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, Santa Maria, Lompoc, or Santa Barbara CA.

Trivium Charter School, a Personalized Learning Public Charter School, is accepting applications for full-time and part-time substitute teaching positions for the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for dynamic, engaging teachers who are interested in working in a collaborative environment where hands-on, project-based learning is emphasized and encouraged! Teachers must be comfortable learning new technology and adapting to different student’s curricula and learning styles. Our academic program is highly successful and we are growing!
Full-time Substitute teachers are required to be in the classroom four days per week to teach and assist. This would require supporting two or three of Trivium's campuses. Trivium has campuses in Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Barbara, CA. This position is a salary position starting at $72,700.
Part-time Substitute teachers are required to be in the classroom two days per week. This would require supporting one or two of Trivium's campuses. Trivium has campuses in Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Barbara, CA. This position is hourly starting at $35 per hour.
Our pay is extremely competitive. We use a performance rating system so you can jump up in pay quickly each year if your performance is great.
