This position requires advanced technology and analytic skills, and the ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks at once.

Salary: $31.53 an hour The impact you will have: Substitutes are a critical part of our team at San José Unified, helping provide continuity and support when team members are absent or we have a vacant position. This Program Analyst role on the Human Resources team will support our substitute desk, recruiting, retaining, assigning, and supporting our nearly 500 substitutes. This position requires strong technology and analytic skills, as well as the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders, apply sound judgment, and pivot between and prioritize tasks quickly.
