Knowledge of computer training geared toward K-12th grade students. Knowledge of wide area and local area networks; working methods and procedures used in technology, communication equipment including telephone, modems and terminals; software used in educational/office settings. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and differentiate between hardware and software problems. Experience Required: Prior job related experience paid or volunteer preferred. Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma/GED, with some related technical training preferred.
