Job Summary
Facilitate athletic activities with groups of students upon the release of the regular school day Plan, coach related skills to the specific sport, practice, supervise, and be a role model, prepare equipment, and secure it accordingly. Assist in setting up for game days. Demonstrate high ethical standards related to sportsmanship, fair play, and relationships with students and parents. Follow and enforce the Code of Conduct contract with families, students, and visitors. Assist in providing First Aid as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
CPR/First Aid certification required (hands-on). High School diploma or equivalent required. Start Date; January 6, 2025 (Mandatory Meeting at Rec Center on Dec. 10, 2024) $1500 stipend per team coached at the completion of sports session. 1.5 hours 2 times per week or 1 hour 3 times per week for practice (pending game schedule) Game dates are TBD. Total of 6 games (1 game per week) Up to 28 coaches (2 coaches per site). 1 coach can do both sports if interested.
Required Current CPR & First Aid Certification (hands-on), and High School Diploma or equivalent.

Once contacted by HR, successful applicants must obtain and/or provide the following before employment begins:
Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and/or FBI (must pass a background check) form provided by the district.
Proof of Tuberculosis clearance
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is part of the employment packet that will be provided once you are selected to continue the processing.
