Posting Number: AS813P Under the direction of the assigned administrator, perform specialized duties in support of student access and success. These will include recruitment, outreach, and student success and engagement functions for the College intended to: increase college readiness and attendance; increase awareness of college programs of study and career options; through the matriculation process (orientations, assessments, and education planning) prepare students for the transition from high schools served by the college, continuing students, and the general community; increase student engagement and student success at the college; assist with the coordination and implementation of the CTE Transitions pathway program in the high schools. Promote the college and its programs at community events and through the use of communication and technology strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: • A Bachelor's degree • AND (2) two years of experience working in a community outreach program, program management and development, or student recruitment/retention program.
