Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Accountability and Assessment, the DASS Coordinator will ensure all assessments meet our DASS reporting requirements for TRUSD. This includes the design, implementation, and ongoing management of DASS metrics while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements such as WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) and all school policies. Requirements / Qualifications

The position requires the following items to be attached to the application, or the application will not be considered: 1. Resume 2. Letter of Reference (optional) 3. All unofficial transcripts from higher-level education and community colleges 4. A copy of passing CBEST results (If applicable) 5, Bachelor’s Degree Required 6, Proof of Teaching Credential or CTC document number . Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree is preferred) . Teaching Credential Required . Admin Credential Preferred . Three to five years of experience in an educational or classroom setting . One year leading a team in an educational setting within public or private schools preferred

. Three years of successful full-time teaching experience in education or related fields . Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build partnership . The position requires knowledge of collection, analysis, interpretation, and utilization of data . Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions aligned with data analysis and in consultation with stakeholders . Familiarity with various assessment methodologies, tools, and techniques relevant to educational settings. . Knowledge of and proficiency in using technology and data management systems to collect, analyze, and report educational data effectively. . Strong writing and communication skills . Possession of a valid California driver’s license
