Requirements / Qualifications
If you do not currently hold a valid CA credential or 30-Day Emergency Permit, please upload a copy of your Certificate of Clearance.
- Copy of Transcript (Unofficial transcripts are okay to upload)
- Credential Copy (30 Day Substitute Permit, Single/Multiple Subject Credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
- Letter of Introduction
- Resume
- Test Results/Materials (CBEST/CSET or other acceptable basic skills requirement. If satisfied by coursework, CTC Form CL130 needs to be completed. Re- upload transcripts if satisfied by BA Degree.)
