Job Summary
Provide a combination of classroom-based and virtual instruction to high school students in an independent study environment; demonstrate the skills and abilities to work in both an in-person and a virtual learning environment; collaborate with staff to provide an optimal learning environment for at-promise students; evaluate student progress and communicate progress to students; implement teacher standards.

Salary: $74,880 - $125,767.09
2025-2026 Salary Schedule/Appropriate placement on Certificated Salary Schedule/* A maximum of 7years experience may be granted for previous full-time experience outside of SIATech
Master's Stipend $2,000; Doctorate Stipend $2,000; Dual Certification Stipend $5,000
Benefits:
Member of California State Teacher's Retirement System (STRS). SIATech contributes 19.1% of salary to STRS annually (2025-2026)
