About the Employer

Welcome to the Santa Maria-Bonita School District website. We are the largest school district in Santa Barbara County with about 17,500 pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade students. In the heart of the coastal agricultural area, we celebrate our families and the support they provide to the students of the District. -Must have a Bachelors degree or be currently enrolled in a Bachelors program and be eligible to apply for a Emergency 30 Day Substitute Teaching Permit or a Substitute Teaching Permit for Prospective Teachers (If applicant does not already hold a permit or credential). Please visit CTC.ca.gov for permit information. -If you hold a 30 day Emergency Substitute Teaching Permit or credential, please attach it to the application.
