Under the supervision of the Chief Business Officer, the Director of School Operations will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment, ensuring excellence in our Home Office and school operations, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission and the care and well-being of schools, staff and students. The Director of School Operations oversees programs that support school operations, ensuring that all schools receive exemplary support and resources. The Director will lead and support a wide range of operational functions, including health, safety, procurement, enrollment management, facilities, food service, IT and compliance. By aligning operational strategies with the organization's overall mission and goals, the Director will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of school operations, thereby enhancing the educational experience for students and staff alike.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Three or more years of progressive leadership experience in school operations or a related area. - Proven experience in overseeing complex projects, and driving organizational change. - Demonstrated experience in driving consistently excellent results and inspiring others to do the same. - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
