Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources/Instruction, perform a variety of confidential technical duties in support of human resources operations and activities; participate in the recruitment, screening and processing of new personnel; provide information and assistance to employees, job applicants and the general public regarding personnel functions, policies and procedures; prepare and maintain a variety of manual and automated personnel files, records and reports.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and three years increasingly responsible clerical experience including one year human resources experience. **Performance tasks may be a portion of the interview process. **Typing Verification minimum of 45 words per minute required, 60 words per minute preferred. Attach the certificate to the application. District-paid medical, dental, and vision prescription plans are provided for employees and dependents.
