Requirements / Qualifications
- Certificate Copy (Licensed or the ability to become licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy to practice as an Occupational Therapist in California.)
- Copy of Transcript (Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Current CPR.)
- Driver's License Copy (Possession of a valid California driver’s license.)
- Other (Member of American Occupational Therapy (AOTA) preferred)
- Resume (Current Resume to include a minimum of one year experience and/or focused fieldwork experience providing occupational therapy services in a pediatric setting, preferably school-based.)
