Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Innovation and Strategic Improvement, this position is responsible for designing and organizing sustainable improvement systems. The Coordinator II of Continuous Improvement works collaboratively within the Educational Services division and is responsible for developing and facilitating systems-level learning and support for Monterey County schools and districts as part of a continuous improvement support model; establishing, collaborating, and leading the County Office’s support for differentiated assistance through the California System of Support Model.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in education or related field Five (5) years of public school teaching or school counseling experience Minimum of two (2) years of public school experience in school or district leadership roles Licenses and Certifications: California Clear Teaching Credential California Driver’s License with evidence of insurability
