Education/Experience: Any combination equivalent to, two years of college-level course work in business, public or human resources administration, or a related field; and five years of responsible experience, including two years of lead or supervisory experience, in health care, health insurance, or related human resources environment. Provide examples of how you would communicate these benefits effectively and encourage participation. 2. Explain your knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and how it affects the management of staff benefits. Please provide a detailed process you would use to administer the ACA for an employer that only offers fully funded medical plans and to ensure they are in compliance.
