Job Summary
Under the supervision & direction of the Principal, the Internship (LTI) Coordinator performs varied tasks in order to provide exemplary career services to the campus community. The position encompasses many different areas such as, but not limited to: pursuit of program mentors, internship possibilities for students, community event planning, and staff training in the LTI systems (ie: ImBlaze).
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: Associates degree from an accredited college or university; Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in the educational field preferred. Experience: Two (2) years of experience in diverse public schools; effective work in career advising with school-age students and/or adult learners.
Must be able to complete prior to hiring: TB Clearance or Risk Assessment (Ed.Code 49406) Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Backgrounds Clearance(Ed. Code 44237) Certificates & Licenses: Valid CA State driver’s license and appropriate insurance required. Must maintain as current any certification or license listed herein as a condition of continued employment. Continuing Education /Training: Maintaining current knowledge of curricular requirements, evaluation frameworks, and state and federal mandates.
