Under the direction of the Director of Finance and Operations, the Senior Business Administrator is responsible for human resources, operational, and some financial duties as described below. The person in this position performs a wide variety of duties requiring an elevated level of responsibility and critical thinking skills; demonstrates sound decision-making and good judgment while maintaining strict confidentiality on all matters.
