Job Summary
Under the direction of the Superintendent and/or designee, plan, organize, manage, and oversee curriculum development, facility coordination, and instructional activities in support of ROP programs and services; coordinate activities, communications, resources, and information between ROP personnel and school personnel to assure smooth and efficient instructional operations and activities; supervise the performance of assigned personnel.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Possession of a valid Administrative Services Credential • Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience • Valid California Driver’s License

• Teaching and/or supervision experience in trade and industry occupations
• Master’s Degree from an accredited college/university
• Recent supervision or administrative experience in a ROC/P
• Thorough working knowledge of curriculum development, effective instructional strategies/techniques, program design, assessment and evaluation procedures
