Carden Hall is seeking a personable and organized individual with excellent technology skills to fill a position in our front office. This is a full-time position. Requirements / Qualifications

Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors with a welcoming and helpful demeanor Manage attendance records and sign-in/out processes for students and visitors Receive lunches, forms, homework, assignments, athletic equipment, etc. Manage basic administrative tasks such as setting appointments with the Directors, arranging tutoring, managing the Facts calendar, and filing Be knowledgeable and current on school activities, programs, and events related to the school calendar Assist incoming substitutes, making sure they have lesson plans and necessary resources Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable Provide support to school staff and administration as needed Handle confidential information with discretion Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a school setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with Google applications including documents, calendar, forms, sheets and slides; Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with Facts or comfortable learning new software Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented demeanor Ability to work both independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework preferred
