Requirements / Qualifications
MATERIALS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources management, public administration, business administration, or related field is required. Experience: • Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources management including recruitment, labor relations, and credentialing; • Two (2) years supervisory experience; • Experience in California public schools, preferred.
