BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, perform a variety of specialized and confidential duties related to the Human Resources Division such as recruitment, credentialing, position control and employment of the County’s certificated and classified personnel; may utilize an assigned computer system to input and update employee information in the maintenance of employee records for the Human Resources Division; assure compliance with County, State and federal laws, rules and regulations concerning human resources administration; maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.

Ed-Join Application Must Be 18 Years of Age. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from high school and one year of human resources generalist experience. Course work in human resources, business administration or a related field desirable. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: • DOJ Fingerprint Clearance • TB Clearance • Pre-Employment Drug Screen Clearance
