Job Summary

The Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources conducts all aspects of the Human Resources program. The Assistant Superintendent plans, organizes, directs, and administers employee recruitment, selection and fair employment practices for highly qualified certificated and classified personnel. S/he plans, directs, and administers the District’s employer/employee relations practices, and serves as the District’s chief negotiator in collective bargaining. The Assistant Superintendent assists in the administration of the employee health and welfare programs and risk management. This position is responsible to the Superintendent.

First round interviews will take place on Wednesday, October 9th with second round interviews taking place on Friday, October 11th. The selected candidate will be brought to the October 22, 2024, Board of Education meeting for final approval.
