THE OPPORTUNITY (POSITION OVERVIEW) As a Director of Learning Support you will be responsible for the development, training, and implementation of curriculum, instruction, assessment measures, and professional learning initiatives. You will collaborate with other members of the Learning Support Team in order to ensure growth and success at each school and program. You will support schools (both established and newly developed), their school leaders and staff with training, on-boarding, data analysis, instructional practices and curriculum implementation. You will support the implementation of the iLEAD Design Elements including, but not limited to, Project-Based Learning (PBL), Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), Deeper Learning, iRESPECT, and the teachings of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. You will guide the schools in the iDEAL self-assessment process as they calibrate their program and set goals for school excellence. As a leader in iCA, you will personify the mission and vision set forth and commit to serve others by putting personal interests aside to first lift up the needs of those being led through effectively demonstrating the character, experience, humility, wisdom and discernment necessary to create the trust & influence that cause the right things, to happen for the right reasons, and at the right times. This is possible by effectively embracing the reflective supervision process and encouraging those who you guide and influence through that same process. This position will primarily be hybrid telework with occasional needs to travel for school site and educational program support, team building, collaborations, company events, professional development training, and conferences. This position is specifically for Math.
