Mountain View Whisman School District middle schools are seeking Activities Coaches for after school sports programs. Season 2 (10/7/24 - 12/5/24) Girls’ Volleyball Wrestling Season 3 (12/9/24 - 2/6/25) Boys’ Volleyball Girls’ Soccer Season 4 (2/10/25 - 4/3/25) Boys’ Soccer Girls’ Basketball Season 5 (4/7/25 - 5/14/25) Track and Field
Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants must be certified under Title V, C.C.R. Section 5593 and 5594, prior to the beginning of the season of sport. The following certifications must be completed before assuming individual coaching duties: * Current TB examination * Mandated Child Abuse Reporter (www.mandatedreporterca.com) * First Aid and CPR (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) * NFHS - Fundamentals of Coaching * NFHS - Concussion in Sports * NFHS - Sudden Cardiac Arrest * NFHS - Heat Illness Prevention NFHS trainings and certifications available online at www.nfhslearn.com
