- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two recent letters required, no more than one year old.)
- Resume
- TB Screening Result (TB results must be dated within the last 60 days of submitting application.)
- 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit (Turlock Unified does not accept the 90 day prospective teaching permit) OR Child Development Permit - Associate Teacher
OR Child Development Permit - Master Teacher
OR Child Development Permit - Program Director
OR Child Development Permit - Teacher
OR Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Mild/Moderate (or any disability authorizations)
OR Multiple Subject Teaching Credential - General Subjects
OR Single Subject Teaching Credential - Other (Any California Credential authorizing teaching any Subject is acceptable)
