Under the supervision of the Administrator of Maintenance, performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks in connection with the maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing equipment and related systems; maintains plumbing lines in safe and sanitary working condition.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by completion of an approved apprenticeship program in the plumbing trade and three years journey-level experience as a plumber in the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing fixtures and systems.
