This position is 5 days a week Mon-Friday, Not to Exceed 8 hrs daily. Please Note: this position is funded through Restricted (categorical) Head Start Funds and positions may be renewed thereafter based on availability of funds.
Requirements / Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION • An Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field, including three (3) semester units of supervised field experience. Possession of a Child Development Teacher Permit • Two Years (2) of full-time experience working or volunteering, in a child development program. • Fluency in English and a second language, preferably Spanish. • Possess and maintain current Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certifications
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Proof of Current Pedriatic Certificate)
- Credential Copy (Proof of Child Dev Permit (or be eligible for a child development teacher permit.(PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT COPY OF DETAILED CREDENTIAL)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation ((*Three Dated and Signed Current Letters of Reccomendation-Current is 2025 to present) ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.)
