The Talent Recruiter is a critical member of the People Support team. In collaboration with the Director of Talent and the People Support Coordinator, the Talent Recruiter will ensure Navigator attracts and retains world-class talent, remains competitive in the market, and provides rich professional growth opportunities for all employees. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with Navigator Schools Support Office and site staff, hold themself to high expectations, and uphold Navigator Schools culture at all times.
