We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Math Intervention Teacher to support students in grades 4-8 who are struggling with mathematics. The ideal candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to provide targeted instruction and interventions to help students improve their mathematical understanding and skills. This role involves small group instruction, individualized support, and data-driven teaching strategies to close achievement gaps. Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted math intervention to small groups and individual students in grades 4-8. Collaborate with classroom teachers to identify students in need of additional support. Use data to assess student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Develop and implement engaging lessons that address gaps in mathematical knowledge and skills. Track student performance and communicate progress with teachers, parents, and administration. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to support student growth. Qualifications: Valid teaching credential with authorization to teach math (preferred). Experience teaching or providing interventions in math for upper elementary or middle school students. Strong understanding of math instruction and intervention strategies. Ability to use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
