Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of an assigned supervisor, the TK-12 Integration Specialist will provide direct support to staff within the Multi Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) model. The Integration Specialist will provide direct professional development support for specialists, leadership teams, and department chairs at the district and site levels. The Integration Specialist will utilize their knowledge and expertise to leverage the capacity of general and special education teachers in order to provide equitable, culturally responsive, and rigorous curriculum and instruction. The Integration Specialist has expertise and experience in key elements of a Professional Learning Community, including: team collaboration skills and intervention methods. The Integration Specialist will have knowledge of literacy, research-based best practices, and understanding of how to link learning to college and career readiness indicators. This position requires a level of commitment that instills excellent teaching and reflective practice to and for all of the PUSD teachers. The Integration Specialist will attend monthly meetings and trainings, collaborate and work with teachers, and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.

• Up to 15 years of service credit
• Health coverage up to $12,256 toward a district-provided health plan or $2,000 cash in lieu
