Under general supervision, perform skilled maintenance and repair work in the various building trades, and to perform other related work as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required - Any combination of experience and training which would indicate possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed above. - Valid Basic Class C California Motor Vehicle Operator's License - Certifications in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry preferred
- DMV Printout
- Proof of HS Graduation
- Letter(s) of Recommendation OR Resume
