Job Summary
The job of K-12 Pathway Coordinator will oversee and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of career and technical education (CTE) pathways for K-12 students. This role will involve collaborating with educators, industry partners, and community organizations to ensure the CTE programs align with industry standards and provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary for career success. This position reports to the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services or designee.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in education, career and technical education, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of three years of experience in education, preferably in CTE or a related area • Experience in program development and management • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and manage multiple projects • Experience in a public secondary school setting which would demonstrate exposure to and utilization of required skills, knowledge, and abilities in performing job-related duties and responsibilities is required DESIRABLE: • Experience working in and creating ROP/CTE programs at high school and/ or adult level • Master’s degree in education/public administration or related field from an accredited college/university • Program Budget experience • Valid California teaching credential or administrative credential is preferred • Experience working with industry-specific field educational programs • Experience in a ROP JPA CERTIFICATES/CREDENTIALS/LICENSES: Valid California Class C Driver’s License required and ability to maintain insurability status under Baldy View ROP vehicle insurance policy.
