Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform responsible personnel and clerical duties in support of the Human Resources Department; process volunteer applications; schedule and process Live Scan fingerprinting for the District and public; provide information and assistance in person and on the telephone to District personnel, staff and the public regarding personnel matters; maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.

Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent. Supplemental college level coursework in business administration, human resources, or related field is desired. Experience: Two years increasingly responsible clerical experience. Any combination of training and/or experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be considered. Testing: Passing scores on the following District tests: Basic Word and Basic Excel, within the last three years. TESTING INFORMATION: The following District tests will be given by invitation only on Thursday, September 12, 2024: Basic Word and Basic Excel. Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications will be invited to test and notified via email.
