- Classified Edjoin Application - High School Diploma - Printout showing full time college student schedule - Resume Must pass Instructional Assistant examination: Exam will be given after interview with AVID Coordinator. Positions are approx. 2 hrs. per day - Flexible days between 9 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday. Positions will end on June 6, 2025. "Non Classified employees shall not be eligible for paid holidays or sick leave nor shall they be eligible to participate in District health, dental or other insurance programs." REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: Under the immediate supervision of the assigned supervisor(s) to participate in a classroom, instructional setting, or in academic, personal and/or interpersonal development, games, or instruction in related activities; incumbents in this class are full time college students employed part time; the intent of the position is to assist in carrying out activities directly related to classroom instruction or the care of enrollees. Supervision is received from a certificated teacher or a classified supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Full time college students able and willing to perform the duties necessary to accomplish the planned tasks on a part time work schedule basis are eligible for work in this class. All prospective incumbents must take and pass the District Instructional Aide Proficiency exam. Evidence of high school graduation is required.
