COMPUTER TECHNICIAN SUBSTITUTE/IT DEPARTMENT QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Graduation from high school or possession of GED, and/or related experience or training in a post secondary institution of higher learning. 2. Two (2) years of related experience/training in the management of technology systems, users’ support, including installation, repair and maintenance may be substituted for formal education. 3. Knowledge of and ability to work on multiple-platform networks/systems such as Microsoft, Cisco, Google, etc. 4. Ability to coordinate network cabling/wiring and layout including LAN/WLAN/WAN.
