Requirements / Qualifications

THE POSITION: The School Health Provider Network Manager is responsible for working with school based and school linked health providers to ensure the effective and compliant implementation of billable school health services for the purposes of increasing access and health equity in schools. The School Health Provider Network Manager is responsible for the implementation of a technical assistance and capacity building system of support and overseeing a wide range of operational, logistical, and administrative duties related to provider data maintenance, provider credentialing, and provider onboarding. This job reports to the assigned administrator. LOCATION: 313 W. Winton Ave. Hayward, CA 94544 TYPICAL DUTIES: In collaboration with Local Education Agencies and community partners, build capacity, via professional development training, resource development and technical assistance, for school based health providers providing health services eligible for reimbursement. Design, develop, update, and implement internal processes, procedures, and policies supporting provider data management and credentialing activities. Collaborate with a variety of school, district, community and government partners on credentialing and provider management. Serve as the primary contact for escalations when necessary. Investigate and resolve provider data discrepancies, coordinating with provider teams/departments of School Districts, affiliated providers, Managed Care Plans (MCPs), and regulatory agencies. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or related field: Pupil Personnel Services Credential (Preferred), Licensed with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (Preferred). Experience: 5+ years of experience in providing effective professional development and training, 3 years of leadership experience working in a supervisory role. Equivalency: Equivalent combination of education and experience.
