Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Completion of six (6) units in ECE Early Childhood Education (3 units in school age) or completion of ROP Child Care course. Pass the NCLB – VVUSD District Exam
Interested applicants are required to submit an EDJOIN online application and the following online attachments: Copy of High School diploma or GED Copy of unofficial transcripts with completion of six (6) units in ECE Early Childhood Education (3 units in school age) or completion of ROP Child Care course. If you have taken the NCLB - VVUSD exam for Instructional Aide within the last 3 years, attach a copy of your letter indicating passing score of 75% or higher.. (Testing scores are good for 3 years from the original testing date.) If you are a current District employee, who has passed the NCLB exam, please attach a copy of your letter indicating a passing score of 75% and/or NCLB Certificate.
