Job Summary

The Chief of Staff reports to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's strategy, ensuring the coordination and cohesion of the executive team and the board of trustees, and leading special projects. The responsibilities include owning the strategic planning process, enhancing long-term success through operational improvements, and supporting senior leadership, particularly the Executive Team and Board. Acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO, this position ensures that the organization's communications, culture, and operations are aligned with the mission, values, and objectives.

Requirements / Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field preferred. - At least five years in a K-12 educational leadership role with responsibility overseeing a school and/or a core school system functional area.
