Job description Discovery Charter Schools are dedicated to creating lifelong learners that are prepared to meet the challenges of the future by educating the whole child through family involvement, project based-learning, and respect for individual learning styles and developmental readiness. We are looking for experienced team lead for our Extended Care at Discovery Falcon. If you are caring, patient, and love working with children we want to hear from you. We provide up to 40 hours. We are ready to staff now. Responsibilities and Duties The candidate needs to be engaging, child-focused, responsible individual who is willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, sports, and other activities. Have the desire to inspire and challenge the kids with fun nurturing and creative activities. Qualifications and Skills Childcare/babysitting/nanny experience. High school or equivalent, some college education is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation options. Authorize to work in the USA. Able to lift up to 30 lbs. Proven track record for being reliable, punctual, and dependable. License/Certification: First Aid Certification (Preferred) CPR Certification (Preferred)
