Date: August 6, 2024 Position: SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST ASSISTANT Student Intervention Services Hours: Monday-Friday / 7hrs per day 195 days per school year Salary: Range 33 (Step C-$24.27 to Step G-$30.27) Benefits include various health, dental and vision insurance packages CalPERS Retirement Vacation, Sick Leave and 11 paid holidays Desirable Qualifications: Complete job description available at the District Office -Associate’s degree in the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology disorders, communication disorders, or related field -Completion of AHSA education modules -A minimum of one year experience in special education under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. -Compliance with No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). -Must pass DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance. -TB clearance required prior to working.
