Responsibilities:
ELA: Teach reading, writing, grammar, and literature; develop critical thinking and analytical skills; assess homework, essays, and projects.
Social Studies: Cover history, geography, civics, and economics; promote cultural and historical understanding; use interactive learning methods.
Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment, manage student behavior, and foster a supportive classroom culture.
