About the Employer

The Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) is made up of 44 schools serving preschool-12th grade with approximately 33,000 students in grades TK-12. The District Office hosts twenty-three district level departments that serve the school sites. School sites feature many facility upgrades with vibrant libraries due to the community support of the Measure E bond. Requirements / Qualifications

All applicants must include resume and cover letter. Copies of ALL transcripts noting BA Degree (foreign transcripts have been evaluated for US equivalency by a CTC approved agency). FULLY CREDENTIALED TEACHERS must include either: • Screenshot, scan or photo of CTC public view of your credential status or a copy of your current credential; • INTERN ELIGIBLE TEACHERS by August 2024 must include a letter of appeasement or letter of intern eligibility from your university.

Applicants should not contact immediate supervisor directly to request employment. The following employment procedures will be followed: 1. Administrators review applications on file of those who possess the appropriate credential for the assignment. 2. Applicants for the specific assignment will be contacted for a scheduled interview. 3. Administrators will recommend candidates to Personnel. 4. Personnel will offer contracts after review of applicant's qualifications. 5. Applicants will report to Personnel to complete employment papers, sign contract, and receive authorization documents to report to work.
