Job Summary
This position is 260 days, 8 hours per day. This position requires 3 years of clerical, secretarial, and customer service experience; highly detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis; good interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; good problem-solving and analytical skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible; skilled in computer programs (Excel, Word, Google, Aeries). Daily job responsibilities include: Processing Purchase Orders/Pay Vouchers and journal entries, sorting and handling daily mail for the district, preparing bank deposits, vendor billing, running and balancing various reports, covering the front reception desk daily at scheduled times, and other duties as assigned.
