Oak Valley Middle School is looking for a multiple subject credentialed long term substitute teacher teaching math and science.
Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants must submit all required documents to be considered, including a valid teaching credential. CREDENTIALS REQUIRED: A valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: All required documents MUST be scanned and attached prior to submitting an application for this position. Incomplete applications will not be considered. 1. Current resume. 2. Copy of multiple subject teaching credential. 3. Copy of Transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable). 4. Three (3) letters of reference, signed/dated within the past three years. 5. CBEST test results (this is not a required attachment in your application but if you have your results, please include them). 6.. TB Test or x-ray results.
