Job Summary
Under the direction of the Superintendent/Director of Information Technology/or designee, has district-wide responsibility for technology service and support concerning the district network, servers, computer hardware systems and software applications. Troubleshoot and maintain user computer and software programs and communication systems. Coordination of work with District Staff to meet the technological needs of the district.
Requirements / Qualifications
AA Degree in Computer Technology or equivalent experience. 3 years of related experience in a technology environment, including user support and involving Active directory, TCP/IP, Group Policy and SMTP Security, virtual systems. Experience with software for educational use and classroom application. Experience with Internet technology. Fingerprint and tuberculosis clearances as required by law
