Job Summary

Under supervision of the assigned Coordinator, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for implementing technology systems and monitoring needs, budgeting, ordering, and staff training on assigned devices and used software systems; coordinates with technology regarding needed internet access. The operations supervisor will maintain the program’s web information, social media presence, and collection of program data as well as other program needs. Monitors the daily operations and activities involved in the planning, inspection, cleanliness, maintenance, and repair of the Early Learning Program’s facilities, playgrounds, vehicles, and equipment.

Requirements / Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience: - B.S. from an accredited institution with a major in Public Health, Public Administration, Communications, Education, Public Relations, Social Work, or a closely related field - Three (3) years of experience in a position of responsibility in programs providing services to students - Experience in working with computer software: Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience in training and supervision of staff Licenses and Certifications: Possess an appropriate California Driver’s License with evidence of insurability
