Description of Position: Under the general direction of the Director of Technology, participates in a variety of tasks focused on maintaining educational technology systems, supporting EdTech work orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment used for learning. Interfaces with district staff and teachers to support day to day EdTech operations. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Two years of related experience and/or training preferred Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, email, and common software applications (Google Workspace) Familiarity with basic educational technology tools (learning management systems, online learning platforms) Effective troubleshooting skills for basic technical issues Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and able to interact positively with staff Proper use of the English language, grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Patience and a positive attitude Ability to learn new technologies quickly Commitment to providing excellent customer service to staff and students Responsibilities: EdTech Systems Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on educational technology tools and platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems (LMS), online learning platforms) Troubleshoot and resolve basic EdTech system issues Assist with system updates and configurations related to educational technology EdTech Work Order Support: Respond to work orders related to EdTech equipment and software within the classroom setting Diagnose and resolve basic EdTech issues reported by teachers and students Escalate complex EdTech issues to higher-level support when necessary Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair classroom technology equipment, including computers, tablets, projectors, and AV systems Ensure proper functionality of technology tools used for te
