Job Summary
The Manager, Middle School Counseling is responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of innovative and consistently high-quality comprehensive school counseling programs with a focus on the middle years (grades 6-10). This role offers the opportunity to be part of a newer and growing team that supports Alliance’s aspiration of 75% or more of our scholars graduating from a 4-year college or university. The Manager, Middle School Counseling will be part of the Alliance Counseling and College Success Team, reporting to the Director, School Counseling. They will work collaboratively with the larger Schools Strategy Team and cross-functionally across organizational departments.
