The wage range for this role takes into account a range of factors in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and business/organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Element Education believes in professional learning and reflection and utilizes a merit based compensation program.

Come join our growing team! The Administrative Specialist is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources with a wide range of HR-related administrative tasks. Since 2001 our staff has been leaders in innovative ways to approach education. Element Education is a non-profit corporation that oversees two publicly funded charter schools. The mission of its schools and programs shall be to inspire each child’s natural desire to learn by offering choice, flexibility, and learning standards based on learning styles and the developmental stages of the learner. This is accomplished through the use of research-based learning styles programs and in partnership with parents and community resources.

Requirements: - High School Degree or equivalent; some college experience preferred - Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
