Under the direction of the Chief Academic Officer or designee, the District Athletics Coordinator plans, develops, promotes, implements, maintains, and evaluates the District’s athletics and sports related activities including oversight, management, and program support; establishes efficient, comprehensive, equitable, and strategic programs aligned with the District’s goals and objectives; ensures compliance with related guidelines and regulations; serves as a member of the District’s leadership team; and serves as a positive role model for student athletes and coaches by demonstrating and exemplifying good sportsmanship and fair play.
